Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Voyeurava Windows & Siding should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when phoning or contacting Voyeurava Windows & Siding
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Voyeurava Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund payment for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@voyeurava.quest and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Once that is done, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied?

If you disagree with our reply, respond and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
